Branding Marketing Specialist

Position Objective:
The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing brand marketing plans and the day-to-day management of the Wagner brand across consumer channels including social media, influencers and trademarksEnsuring that all brand standards are meet and messaging aligns and is consistent with brand positioning and standards.
Responsibilities:
40% Social Media o Work with Marketing Director to develop overall strategy.
o Plan and execute social media campaigns to align with marketing goals.
o Manage external social media agency.
o Monitor brand across social media platforms.
o Manage Wagner social account including writing, editing, and posting content, and responding to all comments& DM across 5 social media platforms o Post campaign and regular reporting for social KPIs and performance and trends.
o Manage social media budget.
o Keep up to date with relevant social media trends, tactics, tools, platforms and best practices.
30% Influencers o Manage influencer program for Wagner's three brands (Wagner, HomeRight and Earlex).
o Evaluate and review all influencer partnerships to determine which influencer to work with and at which levels.
o Develop content calendar of projects& products that align to sales & business goals o Coordinate with influencers to determine product needs and sent out accordingly.
o Track and measure success of influencers reporting out KPIs.
o Incorporate and upload project content into Wagner's social channels and website.
o Work with internal teams and influencers to launch new products as needed.
o Manage influencer budget.
10% Public Relations o Manage external PR agency to maximize media coverage support& product marketing o Coordinate internal approvals for all consumer press release.
o Work cross functionally with internal Wagner teams on key company initiatives and projects to be promoted externally.
o Management of Wagner brand stores/pages on retailers' websites.
10% Brand o Ownership of Wagner brand standards and guidelines.
o Ensuring consistent Wagner brand messaging and images across all outward marketing assets.
o Assist Marketing Director with all Wagner trademarks with external law firm.
o Management of brand programs on retailer website.

eBrand Registry on Amazon 10% Other Marketing o Assist with other projects requested.
o Keep up to date with relevant digital marketing tactics and tools.
o Support evolving e-commerce and marketing strategy.
Relationship To Others:
Works closely with Marketing and Sales teamAlso, has frequent contact with outside vendors and customers.
Dimensions of Position:
Independently manages social media accounts, influencers, and brand standardsWorks with internal and external partners and agencies to provide direction and vision of Wagner brandManages the social media and influencer budget of $250,000Has access to confidential strategic marketing, product, and financial information.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience o Bachelor degree in business or marketing o Minimum of 2-5 years marketing experienceStrong understanding of social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Tik Tok.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities o Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills o Copywriting o Management of external vendor o Negotiation skills o High attention to detail o Extremely organized with ability to keep several projects moving forward at once.
o Good critical thinking skills to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
o Presentation skills - Understanding audience and ability to create message, develop the presentation and present effectively.
